SASSIN Overseas Business Center olleagues organized a full-day outdoor team training activities at Development Training Base of Pudong, Shanghai on Apr. 7th, 2012 by training organization OutwardChina. All staffs of Overseas Business Center took part in and gained new experience in team cooperation. This kind of enterprise activities is an important part of culture construction.
Sassin believes that staffs are company’s wealth and take it as a responsibility to help employees’ development. Therefore, we always attached great importance to the team construction and enterprise cultural development.
Through this outdoor training, all staffs have gained more profound experience of team concept, such as mutual trust between players, team cooperation, work division, communication and so on. Those spirits will be incorporated in their future work.

Some people said that it’s really a good way to enhance our mutual understanding, strengthen communication and cooperation with each other, and also increased team cohesiveness. Through this training, we have realized the purpose of high team work spirit and learned challenge ourselves.
