  • How to become a distributor/Dealer?

  • How to claim the warranty when the product is found faulty?

    Warranty claim requires a photo of the tracking no. (you could find the tracking no. on the product), a picture or video demonstrating the problem, SC number, and a description of the problem.
    You can fill in our Customer Complaint Form, then email all those information to us. Upon receiving the email, we will start immediately to resolve the problem.
  • What is your warranty policy?

    We take aftersales services very seriously and react to aftersales issues rapidly when they happen.
    Generally, we offer 18 months warranty starting from the B/L date of the cargos.
    The warranty policy might also change with models, and other conditions. It is advised to double check with your account manager/sales manager concerning specific products.
    You could also upgrade the warranty policy with a package price.
  • What is the standard payment term?

    Our have two standard payment terms. One is 30% deposit by T/T within 7 days after date of S/C, 70% balance by T/T against the copy of B/L within 7 days after date of B/L. The other is L/C at sight.
    For another options, please discuss with your account manager or sales manager.
  • What is the trading term?

    FOB SHANGHAI, CFR, CIF, EXW, DDU, DDP according to your needs.
